I'm on a mission to help coaches get their businesses unstuck.
Each coach starts their own ripple effect that makes the world a better place.
I've been there myself. Desperately wanting to leave a job that wasn't fulfilling. I had a psychology degree and years of experience as a trauma counsellor and thought it would be easy to get a coaching business up and running. I couldn't have been more wrong.
When I started to struggle, I bought some coaching templates and that helped me get my business more organised and I was able to start coaching with Pro-Bonos.
However, whenever I tried to start posting on social media, my mind would go blank...
And when I thought about charging for coaching, I thought with my experience I should be charging a reasonable amount... But... The thought of actually asking people for money, or marketing the fact that I was selling coaching sessions just locked me right up. I couldn't bring myself to do it.
It was only when I went through a coaching program about changing my mindset about valuing myself, valuing my skills and valuing my experience that I was able to get working on my business.
I started posting regularly and created a podcast called Get Your Dream Business Unstuck.
And in June 2023, I bought the template business Universal Coaching Systems (UCS) from which I'd bought the template package back in 2017. I knew that the UCS products would absolutely be perfect to go alongside my mindset coaching, to help my clients get their coaching businesses unstuck.

Now more than ever, Coaches need to have a website and an online presence. With the COVID-19 lockdowns and isolation periods around the world, we have all experienced that life, work, socializing, almost everything would and could continue online, truly it HAD to. There is no choice. Face-to-face networking and meetings are strongly discouraged or canceled. Gone are the days when one could be a coach and be off the grid. All coaches need a website.
Find and connect with your ideal clients
How do you find and connect with your ideal clients without leaving your house?
Coaches NEED a website to connect with their current and future ideal clients. Through your website you have the opportunity to introduce yourself, give your elevator pitch, and sell yourself.
People are looking for a life coach that helps them achieve a certain goal and more importantly they want a coach that they feel connected to. Through your website, clients get a first impression of you without you ever leaving your desk.
Showcase what you have to offer
A website gives you the ability to sell your workshops and your products without any effort or time besides the time it took for you (or your website designer) to create a website page with a payment gateway.
If you offer one-to-one coaching, a website will give the possible client the ability to contact you, and they already know about you and what you offer. That’s a pretty warm lead!
There are so many awesome scenarios for passive income on your website: eBooks, completely automated online courses, worksheets, etc. Some of these income avenues take a bit of time to set up, but it’s a one-time task for years of passive income. For example, I have a client that has had eBooks and worksheets on her website that she created 6 years ago and she still makes over $2000 a month on without doing anything else but having them on her website.
OK, you want a website. Now what?
Wonderful! You have decided to get your coaching business on the internet. You won’t regret it!
But what do you do now?
The first thing that I would suggest is to know what you want your website to do for you. I have a great Free ‘Having All the Answers, Website Preparedness Worksheet’ on my website that guides you through exactly what you want your website to do for you and what you will need for your website creation project.
When you have that done, you can start to find a website designer/developer or start to create a website on your own.
