When to ‘Let Go’ of Your Coaching Program

Last month I was fortunate to do some work with Denise Duffield-Thomas through her Money Boot Camp. Denise is big on decluttering all parts of your life regularly. I’m a huge fan of this principle from being a Lucky Bee but also from the past 5-years of traveling around the world with my family.

In general, I’ve found that I need very little stuff. My health, owning my time, the magic of my little family unit and being surrounded by beauty is what makes my soul smile inside. I’ve noticed that magic feels exactly the same when I’m down to two suitcases with no official place to call home yet, as it does when I’m living in a million dollar home, sleeping in a converted chicken barn or staying in a 5-star hotel.

With the New Year coming up, it’s got me to thinking about decluttering again. Since I already have very little stuff, I’m looking at my business and specifically, my products. This article looks at how you can identify products that no longer serve, support and nurture you, your business and your clients.

Does your business need decluttering?

We can become so busy and caught up in delivering old products – even if they no longer serve. Sometimes we need to stop and make sure we are getting the best bang for our investment of time, energy and money while also offering our best to our customers.

I don’t know about you, but I’m always keen to deliver maximum value while also making money in easier and smarter ways! If you like the sound of that too, I invite you to assess each of your products and make sure you are on the right product track in your business.

Below are a few questions to ask yourself. You only need about 10 minutes to run each of your products through the assessment.

Decluttering your business

To get started, just write your answers down in your journal or if you don’t use a journal, on a clean sheet of paper. If you are not selling any of your own products yet, you can answer the questions on your product idea.

You may find that you need to think differently about your product for it to give you long term satisfaction. You may even get totally inspired to get cracking and get your new (or simply improved) products ready to sell in 2017!

Is Your Product a Keeper?

  1. What is the name of your product?

  2. Who is this product specifically for?

  3. How is this product serving you?

  4. How is the product serving your ideal client?

  5. What is your financial reward from this product?

  6. What is the personal pleasure/joy reward you get from the product?

  7. What do you dislike about this product?

  8. How much time did you spend on this product last year?

  9. How much time will you spend in the coming year?

  10. Has it been easy or hard to sell this product?

  11. What tweaks can you make to this product to provide more value and less of your own time?

  12. As a result of this exercise I will…

Anne Shaw

Thank you Jenny for providing the safe, trusted space I needed to explore memories of events that have had an impact on me.

Whilst I am familliar with EFT, I have not experienced it combined with Matrix Reimprinting. This combination was a powerful experience. It de-escalated the emotional charge by the tapping and even more than that I felt a deeper sense of peace as if what I am now feeling has always been there. I can still remember the incidents but there's no charge or negative thoughts rather a sense that all is well in my world. I'm the grown up taking care of me.

Thank you for the sense of relief and the feeling that i can move on where before this session I felt stuck.

I look forward to my next session.

Thank you so much Jenny.
